"Jason has done my nails and pedis for years and he very good. The salon is very clean, good light and nice clean furniture and equipment. I highly recommend this place."
"I love this place!! I come here often since it's close to my house, today I took my 8 year old daughter with me to get manicure and pedicure. As always..it was TO DIE FOR! So much so. My daughter fell asleep during an upgraded pedicure. All the workers and patrons were so kind and sweet gave her blankets and made sure she was comfortable. One of the best experiences I have had at a salon..ever!!!! Highly recommend!"
"When I moved to Crestview Hills from Cincinnati I struggled finding a nail salon I liked until I discovered Venice Nails. Unlike many salons, this one is bright and clean and the furnishings are in good condition. I like that I can schedule an appointment or walk in. I’ve had my nails done now by almost every technician and they’ve all been great. I get a dip mani and gel pedi. Perfect every time."
"Beautiful and clean spa. I had a very nice pedicure here. They scrubbed my feet well and were especially meticulous at trimming cuticles. I would have given 5 stars, but they never really showed me how to adjust the spa chair to use the massage in it. Price was $35 for a basic Pedicure, which was very nice."
"I was a walk-in, so I understand the 30-min wait, but no apology or “Thanks for patience,” like a usual, polite business would do. & upon seeing their pedicure chairs, I was shocked at how dirty and unkempt they were. I stood there for a second & didn’t even sit down, because I was unsure I wanted to leave or mention cleaning it beforehand, but didn’t want to come off demanding. There was nail dust everywhere, on the arm chairs & foot rests. I don’t know when they clean, but I never saw the guy who took care of me wipe anything down or any other staff. After he clipped my nails & scrubbed my heels, he just shook the towel off on to the floor with all those shavings…. So who knows how many other clients’ heel/feet dust is all over that floor because he did not sweep after this. Ugh it was just such a nasty experience I just wanted to get out of there. On top of that, he dropped his gloves ON TO THE SAME FLOOR AND THEN USED THEM! They need re-educated on cleanliness!!! Now on to the nail polish itself…. He only did one coat and then proceeded to lie to me and when I questioned about doing so, because with a good pedicure that lasts there is always two coats + a top & all he did was whiz through one and kick me out of the chair. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!"
