"Absolutely worst experience from beginning to end! Would not recommend! They sent wrong drawing, dug wrong hole, ordered wrong stairs and wrong size liner! It took them OVER 3 months to install the pool. They got concrete all over my house and windows. Once installed, the pump didn't work and had to be replaced. The lights quit working after the first month. When it came time to close for the winter, they sent us a pool liner instead of a winter cover. Then they brought the wrong size cover. We were told that once pool was installed, Frazie's would come clean it and have it "sparkling and ready to swim in." Instead, they left us with a muddy pool full of rocks and concrete! And there is a steep drop off at the bottom of the steps when entering the pool! It has been absolutely ridiculous! I am beyond angry and frustrated! If I could do it all over, I would NOT even put in a pool....and I absolutely would NOT use Frazie's for ANYTHING!"
