"I used to come here pretty often to get my eyebrows waxed, and unfortunately I won't be coming back. I came out with one eyebrow noticably shorter than the other, even after I had specified that I didn't want to change the overall shape of my eyebrows. The outcome itself is relatively minor, but I'm more bothered my how the situation was handled. The staff was dismissive and somewhat defensive. I didn't feel like they were really listening to me. Jessie offered to fix it by shortening the other one, but I didn't want them to be shorter at all so that wouldn't really be fix. She kept saying "well, what do you want me to do about it then?". I will definitely be going somewhere else from now on. If you have lighter eyebrows, it's probably fine to go here but if your eyebrows are dark, I definitely wouldn't recommend."

This was our daughter's first haircut and Dezi was amazing with her. They truly care at Alexandria Supercuts and honestly, they all work so efficiently together. Thank you, ladies.
