"People were really nice and easy to talk to. The service I got was a last lift/tint. If i’m being honest feels like I was the stylist’s first person. Was not worth $85. Tint did not even show up. If it wasn’t for someone gifting me a gift card I would not have even thought about this place. I will not be returning after tonight. My lashes don’t even look touched right now. Moral of story: stick with the people you know & don’t branch out of your comfort zone."

"Susan's Salon is a homey, multi-service salon in Alexandria. It is consistently kept clean and always looks organized. Employees contribute to a warm and welcoming environment. I went in for a mani & pedi with Genese. She knows how to pamper and glam a girl up! She listens to my requests, takes her time, and I always end up loving the look of my nails. Pictures of shellac nails she's done for me from previous visits attached. I love having the salon in our community!
