"I had a home built by TK and I love it!! They built it on my 1.25 acre lot. They were very upfront with all information and pricing and stayed within the budget! At the end of the build they did not try to hit me with extra charges even with the prices of products going thru the roof! They started my home in June of 2021 and I was in by the new year 2022. The sales rep Jeff Elliott was very informative and helpful in making the selection process easy! My project manager in charge of the home building Spencer Pike was AMAZING!!! He kept me informed and anytime I had a question about anything he would find an answer for me. He made my home building experience so much fun and enjoyable!
