"Do not come here. It took over 30 minutes just to go through the check in process (20 minutes after my scheduled appt time). The nurse at the desk did not have good customer service skills. She did not talk to me or walk me through anything she was doing. I stood in silence most of those 30 minutes waiting. None of their systems were working. I was told my payment would only approve a partial payment but, once again, all the systems were also down so I asked if I could be billed for this appt. I was told no and then they couldn’t even assure me I wouldn’t be billed a no show fee since I was already there for the appt."

"Absolutely ridiculous that noone there will pickup the phone to answer a simple question. Can you diagnose and treat kidney infection? I called numerous times and let it ring for 5 minutes each time. They should close that clinic. They obviously don't care about helping people. Ended up taking her to the E.R.."

"i originally made an appointment at the amelia location for 8:45am and was told to come to the mt orab location because of an issue. i have been here for an hour, i was not in the system for some reason and so many other people have been seen before me even though i have been sitting here longer and it is highly frustrating."

"There is no experience because they are NEVER OPEN. Their sign says they open at 830am.When you call the phone rings nonstop. In this day and age is it so difficult to put a message on the phone that says “dew to shortage of staff we will not be able to open today ( or give a time for opening)"

"Horrible experience! I made an appointment online to be seen only to find out that the nurse working that day couldn't see me once I arrived because of the type of insurance that I have, when it clearly states online that they do accept it! She wasn't certified yet to see patients with that type of insurance but stated that if I hadn't had told her I had insurance she could have provided her services. They completely refused to treat me even after saying I'd just pay them cash out of my pocket. The sad part is I've gone several times in the past with the same insurance and had no issues. I'd recommend not wasting your time and just going to the urgent care across the street."
