"Hidden Gem in Childhood Development! My wife and I have discovered Kids Strong to be a hidden gem in childhood development. The physical activity combined with the social interaction and various learning activities (with basics such as counting, colors, etc. to other topics not often taught in schools like sign language, muscle groups, and gratitude) relate to kids on their level in ways I wouldn’t have thought. They run a theme consistently for about a month and it’s always exciting to see what they rotate in next month. They change out a fun and rather accomplishable obstacle course for the kids, team competitions, learning activity as mentioned above and area of social interaction improvement. It seems to give the kids just the right amount of time to develop familiarity but changes up in time to avoid monotony. The best part of our gym are the coaches, Coach Marco and Coach Matt. Both coaches’ enthusiasm and clear dedication to their roles is what really engages the kids. You can tell they both really take pride in the positive impact they have on these kids in such an important developmental stage of their lives. We can’t thank them enough. Kids Strong has done wonders for our son who would physically and mentally transmute into a shell anytime another child or adult talked to him, sometimes growing frustrated and lashing out. Today he is not only inconceivably more vocal and confident in this area while he is in gym, he is this way on the playground, in his preschool and anywhere we take him in the world. He is now very outgoing and playful venturing out and making friends on his own. My wife and I highly recommend Kids Strong to not only parents of children who struggle in any of the aforementioned areas, but to everyone even if your child already seems developed in these areas. There just always seems to be another level they can reach."

"Kidstrong has been life changing for my son, Gus. He was always intimidated by team sports and lacked confidence. After trying to get him to do all different sports programs and after school clubs, all of them not being successful for him, I found Kidstrong. Without hesitation he jumped right in and immediately connected to the coaches, especially coach Marco. The program has taught him so many things. How to participate, listen, be a good team mate, patience, etc. I’ve watched him for the first time set goals for himself and earn them (like the coach’s award). A month ago my son even joined a youth football team. He could not wait to tell coach Marco. His confidence has soared. He had a hard time listening and controlling himself and his anger. But I’ve seen these behaviors subside immensely because of the positive coaches and the way the program is designed to help kids like my son. He’s doing better in school and I honestly have never seen him happier. Although it’s only one day a week for 45 minutes it’s amazing how much of a difference this program can make. All of the coaches are so fantastic. They all are so intuitive and can tell exactly what each and every child seems to need during each class. I am so grateful for this program and the coaches.
