Salon Colour

"Really upset about the ignorance that occurred from my most recent hair appointment, unfortunately. I asked my stylist to lighten up my hair A LOT and after a week, I just was still not happy with how dark it still was. So I called and talked to the front desk person and asked very nicely if I could come back in and get a few more highlights done. I paid $165 to walk out with basically the same color I walked in with. I wasn’t asking for much to make it right like how I asked for. The receptionist said she would go ask the stylist. So she came back on a few moments later and said she and the stylist “would review my record and get back with me.” What? What “record” do you need to review? I am a customer who paid a lot of money for highlights and was just asking to have a few more put in to make it right. Well, here we are 1 week later and still no return call. I was excited to return back to this salon after a couple of years to the same stylist, but it’s really sad that she didn’t have the decency to at least return my call and make things right. I won’t be referring anyone to her or this salon anymore and I definitely won’t be back after now understanding that this place does not care if clients walk out unhappy and take care of it- it feels like a robbery of my money. All I wanted was just a call back to figure out a plan, to come in and just add a few foils. In and out. Shame on you as a business to ignore clients. Here is a picture of what my hair color was after asking to be blonde……still dark…..and not a hint of a highlight. And this stylist has made me blonde in the past- so I know she knows that this is not good work- hopefully no one else leaves unhappy and gets ignored if ask to make it right- but be aware!"
