"The couple who owned it and work there are so kind and personable, but unfortunately the nails are not good. The shaping was good, but polish application was horrible. There was gel all over my fingers and cuticles. It looked like I tried to paint them myself with my non dominant hand. The pictures are after I tried to clean them up myself. Also there are like 3 fingers where the gel didn’t cure, and today they are squishy and bumpy as you can see in the pictures. Price was not good for the quality, I payed $43 just for a fill with no design or anything. Very nice people but not good nails. Update: it’s been 12 hours since the manicure and a chunk of the gel literally peeled off. Absolutely do not waste your money here, this is horrible!"

"They’re nice but do awful work. I was told it would be $40 for a full set with gel but was then charged $48 and she stood there literally watching me sign the receipt waiting for a tip. The guy nicked my skin multiple times and the acrylic is lumpy like my nails look ridiculous. I’m out $48. Lovely nails is down the street, don’t bother going here"

"if i could give them negative stars i would. there is hair in my nails. they aren’t straight. they didn’t cover my whole nail with the color. the top coat she left a big glob at the top. i started bleeding on 3 different nails. not only is one nail messed up all 10 of my nails are messed up. i will NEVER be going back and neither should you."

"This was probably the worst experience i’ve had at a nail salon ever. They were very kind and patient until i asked them to fix a nail that they messed up. Not only was it one nail it was 3 and they were extremely rough and rude after that i had my finger bleeding and everything. then after when they started painting them the nails weren’t fully painted they didn’t do the color i wanted and the nail polish is bubbly on my nails and none of them are equally shaped at all. it took almost 3 hours to finish and there were only 2 people working and neither finished what they were doing they were working on 5 other people not including mine. i will never go back to this place ever. if i could give negative reviews i would."
