"Debbie got me in on Christmas Eve!! The salon was clean, bright and inviting. A wonderful atmosphere to relax in despite the craziness of the holidays. She carried a conversation with me instead of sitting in silence. I will definitely be going back!!!!"

"The first experience I had at Alexandria Nails Spa & Hair was a positive one, so I tried it a second time as a walk-in, expecting to have to wait. I did, but the wait was over two hours! I felt I should have been informed that it would have been so long, and I would gladly have come back another time. As it was, I left the salon with an unfavorable feeling. On my third and final visit, I was simply trying to find out the cost of having my nail polish removed and some fresh polish put on. There was no one else in the salon that afternoon. I had difficulty understanding the woman to whom I talked, and ultimately, she began yelling at me about the business and matters that didn't concern me at all. As a customer, I had every right to know how much a particular service was going to cost me, and I certainly didn't deserve to be yelled at. For me, getting a manicure is a treat, not a regular habit, and something to be enjoyed. I did not enjoy one part of this manicure, and I only went ahead and got it because I have a number of occasions coming up that I'd like to have my hands looking nice for. I couldn't wait to get out of that salon, and I doubt I'll ever go back. It's conveniently located for me, the prices are reasonable (when you can finally find out what they are), but as a paying customer, I expect respectful treatment."

"I’ve been here twice. The first time wasn’t bad, she took her time and wasn’t sloppy. This most recent time I went was horrible and that was the last time they will see me. First, I waited there for almost 2 hours, which isn’t the biggest deal I didn’t mind the wait. She started drilling my nails and cut my finger pretty good twice because she rushes and is really rough. She layed the acrylic and I noticed it was really bubbly but I just didn’t say anything. Then she had a guy paint my nails. He did a great job and took his time and did them exactly how I wanted. When he finished my nails I went and took a seat and she comes up to look at my nails and said she didn’t like them. She said she was gonna fix them. I had a thin tip at first then she made it really thick which I didn’t mind but she was super sloppy and didn’t take her time and you can tell. It’s now beeen not even a full week and my nail polish is chipping and it looks horrible. Her prices are outrageous. I wanted a pink tip with a little line of orange under all the tips and she told me she was gonna charge 16 extra just for the line, so I told her to forget abt it and to just do a pink tip. I will never be going back there EVER again. And I don’t suggest anyone else goes there either. If you look closely in the picture you can see all the air bubbles and the chipping polish"

"Im new to the area and had to find a new salon, Everyone was very friendly here, and my nails look amazing! The acrylic isn't to thick and bulky, it's a very natural look, shaped exactly how I wanted. No crooked nail and a clean matte finish. The price was really good to! I'm really happy I choose this salon!!! Definitely will be going back!"
