"Good looking liner that fit well, but I can't recommend the company as they do not honor their warranty. In response to the owner. The liner was purchased by Perfect Blue Pool & Spa through Cinderella. The seam that failed was the horizontal seam that runs along the base of the panels for the entirety of the pool. The weld itself did not fail. The top edge of the seam split in two spots both about a half inch long. My error was trying to please the customer by patching it even though I was unable to take a picture of the issue at that time. I went back later that week to carefully peel off the patch to get a picture but removing the patch caused both splits to tear into one large hole along the top edge of that seam. Findlay rep said the hole was clearly from being punctured. I learned my lesson and will not patch a seam issue until a picture is taken but I have had liners replaced while subcontracting for local dealers from Latham/GLI when I provided pictures and honestly explained the situation."

"I bought a Findlay liner in 2019 with a 20 year warranty. I took the cover off my pool this spring to find a 2 foot rip in the liner, Findlay says the warranty doesn't cover rips or wholes unless it's in the seam. I patched the rip only to find 5 more holes in various locations. Of course, not covered with the warranty. Findlay absolutely leaves you hanging. Don't buy a liner from them. They will not stand by their product. You would have better luck lining your pool with garbage bags!!!"
