The cut was terrible and not close to what I wanted yet the other stylist hang up on me because I'm upset that she just took 18 inches off my hair and gave me a cut I did not ask for yet it's My fault. This is the problem with business owners, take responsibility and console your customer don't blame them. Worst experience ever in a salon."
