Lash N Out

"Hello! I meant to post this review but have been super busy. I came to LashNOut on multiple occasions to get my lashes done. Not going to lie, they always looked great and the staff was very friendly! The reason for my rating: During the height of the pandemic I was exposed to Covid-19 at my workplace and was told not to return until I had received a negative test. I informed LashNOut that out of respect for my lash artist and not wanting to transmit the virus I would like to cancel my appointment. Despite cancelling outside of the 24 hour window I was still charged 25% of my service price. This was very upsetting because I’d had a great experience prior to and one of the first things on their Vagaro page is their COVID-19 policy (which is ironic in hindsight)."

"1st off I love to patron small businesses, minority, and women owned companies. My experience here was exceptional. Ashley did my lashes. With this being my 2nd time ever getting lashes (1st time somewhere else years ago) I wasn't familiar with the process or terminology. She was awesome at explaining, and giving me options. The service wasn't long, the esblishment was clean, and orderly. The decor was very chic. In my pic's you can see I got upper & lower. My upper was the hybrids. I went with a more dramatic effect because it was my 40th bday. Oh, and the real MVP was that nap I caught during my service! In all my lashes lasted almost 2 months. I'll definitely be back when my time permits! Kudos,"

"I normally don’t do reviews but I experienced a really bad customer service at this place! I wish I could give 0 stars!! I drove all the way down to Blue Ash this morning at 10am and they realized that my appointment which I made 3 weeks ago got disappeared in the system because the person who was supposed to do my lashes was no longer there and all her appointments were gone!!! I asked if they could do something and Joyce said she can try to arrange somebody else at 11:30am and she would let me know by text and I said ok I would go get my nails done while I’m waiting and try to make it back on time. She texted me back while I was at the nail place across the street and confirmed that 11:30am was good but I couldn’t make it on time because the nail place was busy on a Saturday morning too. So this place canceled my appointment and charged my credit card for that. I told them it was not my fault at all and either I could dispute that charge or they could cancel it. She reluctantly told me that she was going to speak to the owner. First of all if that incident would have happened at another place they would have provided me a free service and be totally apologetic about it. They would not have charged me for their fault. Long story short this is super unprofessional and I will not be going back to this place!"

"I was amazed at how cute the place was! Rachel was amazing! First time getting lashes and explained everything to me. She's such a people person and the talks we had were great. I love my lashes and have gotten so many compliments!!"
