"Walked in for a simple haircut. Straight line across. The stylist did not wash my hair or use a single product on it. She was nice and the haircut is cool but I was charged for a shampoo and cut. Why would she not shampoo my hair if there's no discount and I get charged for the shampoo either way. Confused?? Can I return next time I need to wash my hair since I paid for the service but never received a shampoo or drop of water?"

"Why and I getting texted messages from the manager offering me discounts to come see her, Pippa I believe her name was when I have not been in that salon since last year when my stylist left? I did not give my permission for my personal info to be used in such a manner. I never approved getting text. Is your business struggling that badly? Based on previous reviews I'd have to believe that's the case. This completely unprofessional and unacceptable! DO NOT EVER CALL/TEXT ME AGAIN!"
