"The experience was a nightmare . First, they made me and my mom wait 25 minutes after appointment time to start. The woman I worked w cared at first that my legs were sunburnt and was mindful UNTIL deciding to place the hot towel on them which was very painful. Did not put get on my toes as I had asked. Despite verbally over the phone, in person and writing down what each of us wanted (my mom wanted a mani pedi full set w gel, me a mani pedi w gel) got us confused thinking I wanted the full set and CUT OFF MY NATURAL NAILS. I was watching tv expecting her to be shaping and trimming my nails…we had talked about it….she completely cut them off!! The woman who worked w my mom who is on blood thinners was rough with her and cut her. Completely unacceptable. The color she chose was not what was painted on her nails. Mine lasted 2 days before peeling off. To top it off, they have an entire daycare set up in the back. The kid crying for his mother while she ignored him while doing my nails was off putting, and unprofessional. Not relaxing at all."

"Great nails great price I’m new to the area so I found them on Google and tried them out for my honeymoon nails! I got a full set, and they are still on after 28 days!! I’m that girly who lets they nails pop off and so far so good! They last me through the holidays and maybe the new year. Before I moved I would paid for a full set for $100 with tip but here I only paid $50 with tip! I will be back!"

"I have gone to this place a couple times before. They were fine experiences for the price. I never have written reviews but this last time bothered me. I got fill-ins for the first time from here. I told her one of my nails was popping off and it was painful. She checked it, but kept the nail on anyway. It still is in pain. And she used the drill tool to remove the first layer of fake nail, and repeated hit my nail beds. I kept pulling my hand back in pain, and she kept just telling me to be calm. My nail bed was on the verge of bleeding and red. I looked at them when washing my hands, and there are divots in my natural beds from the tool going too deep. Today, my nails are in pain. I’m going to have to remove them myself to let my nails heal. Lastly, the appointment took almost two hours, when I was told it would take an hour. Again, I never have written a review, but this bothers me."

"I had a 110 dollar gift card here. First I asked if they could do designs and they said no only simple ones. I went here a day before vacation and my whole nail came off for no reason the very next day. They already look like they need filled in. I was not happy with there service at all and I paid 110 dollars. I got them done on 7/10/21 and it came off and looked like they needed filled in on 7/12/21"
