"DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR CUT HEREUNLESS IT'S FROM AN EXPERIENCED STYLIST! Worst experience. I usually go to the Walton great clips but I visited this location since I was on my way to a job interview in the area. The woman who cut my hair and RUINED my beard was wearing tight faux leather clothing and I believe she was newly licensed. I PAID $30 for a mediocre hair cut and to have my beard ruined before my interview. I didn't notice until I got to my destination and went to the bathroom. I wish I would have checked myself before I left but I held too much trust for their staff. Disgusting service and lack of honesty from staff. I'm sure the woman knew she messed up my beard...."

"I sent my son to get a haircut here on his own. He is 16 and he has gone to Great clips in Hebron and in Florence several times. He even has haircut notes. Upon arrival my son explained to the stylist how he would like his hair. He has longer hair and we are fine with that. He told the stylist a five on the side was fine but he only wanted 1 inch off the top. When he got home he was very upset but it was too late to do anything about it. He had to take his glasses off during during the cut and by the time he realized that about 4 inches were taken off the top it was too late ."

"This woman just cut my boys' hair just now and sliced their necks up. I am infuriated because they told her it hurt, and she ignored them. Who knows if those trimmers were clean or not. I am literally so mad about this!"
