"Would give zero stars if I could. Non of the numbers on my mail from them work to contact anyone at office. I have no way to reach anyone. They make mistakes on my case frequently."

"They never answer the phone. Always a recording with no option to speak with a real human being."

"They rarely ever answer the phone or return calls. They make lots of mistakes on cases, such as putting in 2 weeks of income as a single week and getting people kicked off of assistance; going on leave for six weeks and leaving a case unfinished, resulting in loss of benefits and a hunger situation; "forgetting" people in the EMPTY waiting room who took off from work, only to tell them after a 2 hour wait to come back some other day because it's too late now (case file was apparently covered by someone's magazine they tossed onto the inbox so they didn't notice it); missing scheduled phone interviews by over two hours and then expecting you to still be available. These are just a few examples. Now they have "accidentally" deleted my medical from the state system, resulting in me not being able to get my prescriptions covered. These "little mistakes" have BIG consequences for the rest of us, and it's unacceptable."

"This place needs to be investigated for improper procedure. Also they never answer the phone and they all seem to be confused on any questions one might ask. It needs attention for sure and I will be contacting as many organizations as I can to get this looked into."

"I wish I knew the contact info to personally thank the caseworker who completed my reapplication. Due to my own fault I did not get the needed paperwork in til way after the deadline and received a call back that day to let me know I needed to send one other statement that was needed. I was able to fax the statement after hours that night and by the next day my paperwork had been processed. Anywhere else wouldve taken 3-4 weeks which is what i was expecting especially since clearly it was my fault it had not been done.with it being the week before Christmas this was a huge blessing!!!
