"*Update to my previous review* I would not ever recommend bringing a bicycle to Stout Cyclery. I brought my ebike to Cincinnati to finally fix the issue. The shop there found and fixed the problem, a cracked rear cassette within 3 days. The shop in Cincinnati also had to put the pedals and crank arms back on correctly, because Stout Cyclery installed them on backwards. Stout did refund me my $80 for their “repairs”. Stout had also put in a new engine thinking that could be the issue. However, they wasted my time, keeping my bike for 2 months and telling me it was finally fixed, which was not true. The bike still made the clunking sound problem I had brought it in with. -Jason"

"I took my Giant road bike in for a chain replacement and derailer cleaning. I was told that there would be a 2 week wait. I received a call the next day with a message that the bike was ready. When I picked up my bike, I was told that the original chain was fine! The crew did a fantastic job of cleaning everything up and making sure everything functioned with precision. They also looked over the bike and tightened a few things up without even being asked for no charge. This is a very honest and professional shop. I will definitely trust them with my bikes in the future. Highly recommended."

"Horrible experience, they took over 2 months of keeping my bike and did not fix the problem. I've tried calling their business several times but they wont answer the phone and their mailbox is full. My bike is under warranty and they charged me $80 for the "fix". The bike still makes a clunking sound. I will never be back to this shop and will instead try my luck in Cincinnati at another Specialized shop."
