"So I am LITERALLY sitting here getting my hair done, had a 10am appointment for a blow out at the salon.. it’s 10:30 am and this is the SECOND manager for what ever reason that has come back, look me in my face and rolled their eyes super hard at me and my stylist! If I could give this place and their customer service-0 stars I would! How uncomfortable and rude!!! And my stylist was so amazing but I will not be coming to see him here… smh The managers were MARY & DANA. Thanks so much for making my first visit awkward and uncomfortable."

"Today, July 22, 2023, I went to the Mason location to get a few facial products,terrible customer service I must say no one acknowledged me or anything when I came in. No one asked me if I needed help finding anything, I had to walk around the store to find what I was looking for. I ended up leaving, I'll spend my money elsewhere this isnt the first time I've experience this treatment at this location. I only came to this one because it was close to me at the moment, but I will not be back."

"Hi! I just came into the store today to get something for my mom - clinique eye cream. I asked for help from Maddie. I also did not know where the Tree Hut body soap was so I asked her for help. She told me that there was a new fragrance called "Ocean Breeze." Victoria checked the back in the boxes for the new fragrance/soap while Maddie and I just chatted. They were both so helpful and kind. Honestly, I have only been into this Ulta like three times, but thought that they deserved their own review. Belle checked me out and was also super kind and helpful. I just wanted to take a minute and say thank you to those three people. Thank you for making my day!"
