"I never write reviews, but after our experience here I felt I had to. I took my son to get his haircut. When we get there we were not so kindly greeted by Erica. She clearly is not a happy person or was having a bad day. Regardless she was rude, short, and had terrible customer service. My son won't even come out of his room because he hates his haircut and says he looks like an egg. I will never go back to this location. I hope that Erica sees this and changes her attitude or at least pretends to be more friendly. Unfortunately customer service is not what it used to be."
