"Membership price increases. Lesser options for items I used to get. Sam's Club branded items are not usually a good substitute. Bottomline, less familiar items, more costly membership on top of higher food prices. Some of the workers are clueless about what is going on in that store. The simplest of questions related to sale items and general knowledge of store products cannot be accurately answered. Very poor representation for the store. Frustrating."

"Ordered a set of tires over the phone. They arranged for the installation and also got me a extra discount on them that was available that I didn't know about. Installation was very painless, went quicker than I planned. Probably about 30 minutes so pretty painless all around."
