"Do I look like I’m going to shoplift!? Every single time I come into this Fairlawn store the workers watch me like a hawk. I have social anxiety and do not like to be in public. That being said when I have to go to this store I get watched, and when I go to the SELF CHECKOUT they always say “oh I’ll help you over here” no I want to do it myself so I do not have to have a verbal interaction. Some people are just awkward and shy! Stop thinking everyone is stealing!"

"Found what I was looking for and the staff was very helpful. I don't like self-checkout,but an employee was very kind and offered to check out my purchases."

"Was here yesterday evening & was followed by a man in all black while there. I held my camera up to see if he was behind me when I was suspicious of him following me and he definitely was. This made my shopping experience very uncomfortable. If you are a minority or against discrimination, do not support this five below. Go to another location. This was discrimination based upon race, because the white girl who I overheard talking about stealing a cup or any of the other people who are not minority, were not followed but I was. I usually go to five below for products to fill in my giveaway baskets, but I usually go to the Cuyahoga Falls location, and never had this issue there."

"They have an amazing variety of items to purchase. The store environment is upbeat and very friendly. I love taking my daughter here to shop. It's her favorite store"

"This is a good store, where everything is $5 or less in the store. I would call it a variety shop. It reminds me of how Woolworths or Kresge's were. They have toys, household items and electronics and lots of misc. This branch of Five Below is smaller than some of the other locations of this chain store. The store is clean, bright and well organized."
