Your employees and staff suck i ended up leaving the whole community due to stores like yours making it feel funny. I traded a pair of racer blue 5s new for a used pair of fake jordan 1 shadows kept them forever never wore them went to sell them and they were fake they came from your store from your staff I had gotten the 1s after watching them buy them from a guy . I believe Chris was his name the one who did the trade again dont just doubt people that’s bad buisness instead ask questions and see if you can resolve issues I don’t want my money back I just want people to know they can’t rely on your buisness like they can others. "Sole status is a very well organized and designed store. Probably the best shoe store in the city if not the state. The customer service is excellent and everyone there is super nice and friendly. The store itself is beautifully set up and easy to find certain shoes and cloths, especially when ur comes to sizes. This store is a 5/5 store and should be for everyone that’s comes in."
