"Posted three stars because my shopping experience was good, not great.. I feel like they only cater to “older women” and I’m young they assume I cannot afford their clothing. No one was helpful, letting me wonder around. I was looking for a suit for an interview coming up. I had my fiancé with me, We finally found the dressing room(witch there are no signs near and no one directed me to, again they assume I wasn’t buying) they’re chairs and a lobby like area for people waiting while others are trying on clothes so he takes a seat, and there’s the lady who works at Talbots! But she’s not there so help us... she only came to yell at him for sitting in the chair designed for people waiting for others. She said and I quote “ this is a lady’s dressing room only ! Sir you have to leave!” In a very rude manner. (It’s a lady’s store so obviously there is only women changing rooms!) so I was extremely surprised and offended so I poked my head out and said he’s waiting for me helping me chose a undershirt.. and she just said “it doesn’t matter he can wait out there” I couldn’t believe the unprofessionalism and attitude this lady had towards us. If I knew her name I could have reported her tbh"

"My teenage daughter visited the area in the heavily crowded Franklin Park Mall on Monroe Street.. Toledo Ohio. As I waited for her at the Parking lots ... which was also crowded....many young people were striding to tour the Mail looking for bargains."
