"Nothing like my wife coming home crying because the sales team was being overly aggressive. Physically pointing and loudly commenting on her acne in a store full of people. She is aware of it, you don’t need to let her know about it along with the entire store in order to shame her into buying more product than she already does. Train your sales staff better, and just be better people."

"I recently visited the store to purchase just eye care items but the amazing customer service I received from Kayleen, the manager (I think that’s her name) made me want to purchase more items I needed so why not? She educated me on the products I was interested in. She helped me find lip and eye care items while finding the perfect lip liner and plumping lip gloss from Juvia’s place. She never rushed me and made sure I had everything I needed. It has been such a long time since I received great customer service like that. I will be returning to this location. Thank you!"

"Terrible national customer service- My daughter had a brand new gift card that Ulta customer Service said was inactive due to their own computer “glitch” and they would email an e-gift card replacement within 2 hours. 4 weeks, and 3 phone calls later… nothing. Just the same conversation repeatedly and “ we’ll contact you later today” nonsense. Just an awful company to deal with. Just do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Better yet, just find a small business and support them. Ulta cares nothing about its consumers"

"This was the absolute best customer service I've had in a very long time. Daydria was simply superb! An extraordinary, very personable associate. From the moment I walked into the store, she greeted me and then allowed me to ask her a question and she didn't hesitate to help me. She found what I was looking for which came in a variety of scents and then helped me to make a decision. She also checked me out and really made me feel like a valued customer. I was so overjoyed to have this experience. She is simply exceptional and even recommended the salon to me and my daughter which we are probably going to try. I recommend this Ulta because of the abundance and variety of beauty supplies , I also highly recommend Daydria if you can be lucky enough to get her. She definitely knows what the store has to offer."
