"Came in very close to close and the staff were helpful and courteous as I'm not anywhere close to an amateur beautician. The first associate I met did not have extensive knowledge regarding color. When I asked questions she didn't know the answer to she told me that which I appreciated. After all I'm shoping Sally's and cannot expect expert knowledge or skill level considering the venue and pay rate. The clerk got the manager and she answered my questions. I didn't feel rushed or hurried as often happens when shopping close to close. I read other reviews that personally attack the employees. Often times consumers view individual employees as the company itself which just isn't the case. Training, policies, and culture are the basis of emoloyee practice."

"products are great but every time i’ve gone the workers have had no clue what they’re talking about with colors. they told me it would be a dark maroon so i trusted them and it turned out bright pink. don’t trust the workers with colors"

"Great spot, workers are helpful! They only suggest items if I asked for it, never have I felt pressured. And they were able to suggest alternatives to products I was looking for if it was out of stock (only happened twice and on minor things)"

"I have never at any store my whole life been told I wasn’t allowed to use my sisters or old house phone number to receive sales prices. For whatever reason Sally’s believes they are better than Kroger (example) you just lost a customer because you feel the need to control something so minor. Horrible customer service."

"Good store and they have a good staff that is always willing to answer questions. They have a decent selection of products not the best but decent and though it may be a little more expensive than Walmart it's worth it to get the better quality. The manager Lexi is awesome too."
