"I’ve been a few times when I’m in a rush because they aren’t busy and there’s a reason for that. The nail art is terrible even for simple dots and I’m always charged a different amount. I went last week for a full set of acrylic that are super short and she said it was going to be $78. You’ve got to be kidding me! Never again."

"If I could give this place negative stars I would. I went last Thursday and it’s now Tuesday in the next week. One of my nails is already broken and cracked very easily. After making an appointment for 12:30 and showing up on time we had to wait another hour because they took clients before us who were walk ins. That’s whatever I guess compared to the rest. My fiancé got a man’s pedi which was $35 for just cutting his toes and having his feet in some water for 10 minutes. The did the shavings off dead skin thing and it didn’t do anything. I got a full set of just white acrylic and the price was $60. It was my first time getting acrylic done so I didn’t know what to expect but I do watch YouTube videos and know what it isnt supposed to like. So first problem was the white nail polish had HAIR IN IT ON MORE THAN ONE OF MY NAILS. So I called them and mentioned it and the lady told me to come back in and the man would fix it. At that point I couldn’t due to being busy. So when I called back nobody answered. The next problem was that the acrylic already looked grown out after he put it on. I’m talking like at least the whole two weeks grown out. And he also caused me to bleed and get burnt during the appointment but I didn’t mention it to the because I thought that’s just want the file does. I just want my money back. There was an African American lady who was a walk in while I was getting my nails done. The nail lady sat down with her and was talking price and when she left her without getting any services the lady employee and the male nail guy were just making comments to each other about it. The same nail lady did my fiancé pedi and I was sitting next to him and I complimented her hair and she made a comment that she’s afraid people will think she liked like a “dark person”…. Who in their right mind says that? This place does a terrible job, is very racist, and just not worth the money."

"I had a hard time finding a good nail place in the riverside area. However, Rio did a amazing job. Michelle is very knowledgeable in her job and she makes you feel comfortable in her chair. She did the shape I had in my mind and the color came out terrific with my acrylic nails. I will now forever go this nail salon! Thank you!"

"Will never return I asked for fake toe nails the guy tells me no that it would be an extra 15$ (like I didn’t have the money) so I said screw it and we continued to the nails asked for all white nails because my toes were all white and he told me no as well he kept saying tips were better so I. Just went along with it yeah I could have stopped but I didn’t think it was going to cost me 101$ I go to the beavercreek nails salon and pay that much and they give a full foot massage. Would never recommend this place to anyone yeah I could have left but I had no time to drive somewhere else when I had my pictures to be done less than a hour after plus the white I did not expect to take up my whole nail"
