"Don't get there when they open like I just did. 4th person. In line and first person was done. 2nd person called back. On line check in was not available for 5 more mins when I walked in. Mark walked in as soon the check-in was available and became 3rd person. Walked out under protest, and I will never go back. Plus, I saved myself getting a screwed up haircut today. Come on (owner). You know what's going on, Don't play that game with me. Like you ready care or your answer would have been. I see the problem and will fix it!"
