"Wow, first of all, this place is FILTHY. Someone needs to do an inspection today. I took a video. Second, I called to make an appt. four days ago with Melody (I think). As I am waiting, one woman says, "She's here for Melody". The other woman says, "Do we know if she is showing up?" No one took the time to call Melody. I waited about 15 min then left. Last time I was here was pre pandemic. Too bad Paulette is gone."

"They attempted to put blonde highlights in my daughters hair....the chemicals leaked from the foils and left thick vertical bleached lines in her hair, the highlights were inconsistent and horrible to put it mildly, some where blonde but most were brassy orange/yellow, she even accidentally bleached the middle of her eyebrow! When we confronted them (“stylist” and her manager) they said it’s barely noticeable, offered to wax it out and then just said sorry there is nothing we can do. Extremely unprofessional joking about taking the phone off the hook and bad mouthing customers after they left. To add insult to injury we had an appointment that we were early for but ended up waiting over an hour before she sat in the chair! I now have to pay over $100 to fix their mistake she ruined her hair! Stay away!"

"1st time visiting the place. I was a walk-in. Needed to get the sides of my hair together since I had cut off my hair 4 days earlier. Kandi hooked my hair up. I'm natural so my hair was really curly. She cut it low enough so that my hair would lay down, but not so low that I would be bald. $14.97 was the price which was reasonable. People complain about attitudes, but if you come in acting like you have sense & home training, the same will be extended to you!"
