"Went to get my nails done here before a wedding and I was very explicit about not wanting gel. The guy that did my nails didn’t use a base coat, used regular polish for the color and told me to sit there and he would be back to do the top coat. When he got back he brought a bottle of top coat and a gel cure lamp. I asked him if that was a gel top coat and he said no, he said it was regular polish. I went to take the polish off today and it doesn’t come off because he used gel even though I told him multiple times I didn’t want it. Be careful!!"

"They are not upfront about pricing. Both the images for their prices and what they told us came out to about 90 dollars. When I went to pay, it was close to 130 because they didn't listen. They gave my friend (who I was gifting this to) a more expensive pedicure package even though we explicitly told them we wanted the basic one. The price listed for this was only in the 30 dollar range yet the final cost of just the pedicure was 48. Quit lying to your customers."
