"Horrible!! I have blonde hair that was turned into a disaster 3 mo before my wedding. Wanted high n low lights I ended up with half black hair with the next area chunky high lights and black drip spots all over! Lots of hot root spots as well! Wanted lights brown low lights not black! Refused to give money back! If I could rate a 0 I would!! Wish I could post pics"
