"I went into the salon for a set of white tip gel nails. When the technician finished my nails. I noticed there was air bubbles or something in the powder. I brought it to their attention and asked if he could fix it. In about 35 minutes later I walk out of the salon with my nails like this? He sends me out with my nails looking horrendous! He said I'm sorry you not like your nails, so I can't do your nails!!! If I could give them a -5 I would!!! See attached pictures!! I asked for a manager's name and phone number they said they are in Vietnam and would not give me a number to someone in charge."
"I got my nails done here last Tuesday and it wasn’t all bad but I will say some of my nails look like they are lifting already not to mention she didn’t do one of my nails and the price I payed for them they should’ve been done a little better. Kinda disappointed"
