"I went in for a perm and Dana did an amazing job. She took her time and made sure to educate me about the risks associated with the perm. She also waxed my eyebrows for me and the pricing was reasonable for my crazy long hair. They very well could have charged me double for the quality of work performed but she was mindful about my financial situation and made sure that I didn't step over my budget.i highly recommend cost cutters for anyone needing quick, quality, and affordable hair care."
