Great Clips

"At 530pm on Feb 2 I logged in online to schedule a hair cut for myself and my 2 young boys 3 and 5. Wait time was 65min. Ok. No biggie. At 645 wait time was still 20 min. And online it said they close at 7pm. So we arrived and with only 2 people working I checked in and said it would be the 3 of us that I had scheduled. She said I'm sorry we close in 10 min. A. Why schedule us if you can't fit us in? B. Why couldn't they work with us to fit us in? I'm a good tipper and due to thier closing time and when they could get us in I would have tipped well. So they're the ones who lost out on money. The problem I have is for one under circumstances not under our control we wasted time to wait on getting hair cuts for 3 people. Why would we continue to have a wait time after thier closing? Seems thier app isn't very sufficient. Why use the app? We could have went in and checked in like it used to be and maybe have gotten our haircuts. Not saying it's guaranteed but I feel like we would have a better chance at it. I'm very disappointed in how great clips conducts business and disappointed in how no one offered to work with us. You lost a customer and then some."

"Leanna by far is the best stylist they have she takes her time make sure it's right. unlike the assistant manager messes up tons of cuts would rather my son or myself with out a cut if she is the one doing it would be a one star is leanna wasn't there and would be a 5 is that manager wasn't"

"Definitely not for walk in service. I walked in at 2:13pm and they told me 10-15 minutes.. After i got there 3 people walked in and they called them ahead of me... I watched 2 girls cut 5 peoples hair. When a man walked in and another girl came out of the back and put him in a 3rd chair, i got up and walked out .. it was 248pm ... may work for people that play on the phone and book appointment but it doesn't work for people that walk in and expect first come first serve.... I'll not be waisting anymore time there.."
