"Completely unimpressed. Unfortunately they are the only vendor for my son's high school, the orders take forever (I have been waiting over a month for uniform shirts so be sure to order several months in advance). Several items are very overpriced. The only good thing I can say about this place is their phone support is very friendly and professional and they do their best. Overall, I think they are completely over their heads in orders and not able to meet the demand of all of their vendors."

"Wish I had a more positive outlook regarding this company. The elementary school our child attended used this company and another company. School Belles orders were always delayed and difficult to get so we used Lands End. This is the first year our child is permitted to wear skirts in high school and so three months ago skirts were ordered. Yet another notification received today indicating delivery is another month out. These skirts were purchased as part of the clothing our daughter needed for the school year and now I must spend additional money to purchase additional pants because Schoolbelles cannot get us the items ordered. Not happy with this. I will speak with our school about utilizing Lands End school uniforms."
"We either found, or they are happy to order, everything we need. They were pretty busy, it appeared; short an employee. Those who were there did really help with sizing! I started going to them when I was in 6th grade. My now 5th grader, has been going there since kindergarten. Always a good experience!"
"Went later in the afternoon not knowing how many other parents would be shopping in person vs online. And after reading other reviews It seemed like it would be stressful however it wasn’t bad at all, actually the girls working the floor asked what school and pulled out the schools requirements list and helped locate all your items needed. Stocks were low for some items but I contributed that to many pro parents knowing to jump early as soon as possible to get their Childrens uniforms. I know I’m late in the game to start shopping and was throughly overwhelmed with the list. But I was able to make my purchases pretty swiftly and find what I needed. It was that easy."
