The beautician didn't Evan ask much less listen to what I wanted done. Didn't wash or even wet my hair down and barely even trimmed me even after I told her the cut I wanted.had to get my hair recut once I returned back home."

"I have been going to Jenni for 10+ years. I had an appointment on May 28 for 4 PM and she was running 40 minutes late and had a personal appointment at 530. I just decided to leave and now she has decided to personally text me and slander me and my boyfriend. Her level of professionalism is that of a elementary school kid and I'm sure her family would not be happy with how she is running the business. Her comments are very presumptuous and rude."
