Auglaize County Job and Family Services

"So, I called Friday about noon. This is end of day Wednesday. I had to leave a voice-mail like normal. The voice-mail states they would call within 48 business hours, well it has been more than that and nothing, like usual."

"Update11/3/21: Some of the most incompetent staff. You tell them one thing and then they turn around and lie and say you said this or you didn’t say that. I know your lines are recorded, why won’t you go back and listen to the conversation instead of making things up? Oh waiit, that’s right... because you’re wrong and are afraid to admit it because you’ve already lied about said conversation. Integrity/responsibility is definitely not apart of this office. Very anti help and definitely anti male. Two ladies at the front are great but as far as the way they process and do things its almost as if its a waste of time. They will always refer you to a church or the VA. They turn a blind eye to those who take advantages of there programs and when its reported you are met with a I don't care attitude. If you are a female they most definitely have no problems shelling out all available option. They have no problems calling people asking for a particular person in which those people have nothing to do with your case. And ive never known a place where these case workers are never at work or goto lunch for 2 hours or more."

"My caseworker is useless. Anytime I call the office they transfer me to her office and I have to leave a voicemail for her to ignore. If she does call me back it is for something other than what I called her for. I have the receipts from all my paperwork that has been scanned into their computer but she has contacted me 6 months afterward to tell me that I did not give her certain paperwork so I had to dig out the original paperwork and the receipt to show them that she is not keeping my records. The best thing about the Auglaize office is that there are enough competent workers in the office to offset the bad ones. I have been able to go over her head and get things done if I can't get her."

"Kendra you are the most incompetent worker in this entire facility. How you still have a job is beyond me. I have brought you all the paperwork you have asked for and yet somehow you dont have any of it. I applied for assistance in April of 2018 and they are just now reaching out to me and my family .My husband is a Veteran and deserves better treatment than what we are being given. Do your job lady or quit because you are helping no one. I will be going over all of your heads to the highest supervisor I can reach to inform them of this gross incompetence."

"Called to renew my insurance in December over the phone, and Buckeye said they sent it to my case manager. January rolls around and I was still getting renewal notices. Called here to talk to my case manager, who was not in today. So I left a message, 2 minutes after I left a message on her voicemail I get an automated phone call from Buckeye. Not there huh? What does she do other than collect a government check?"
