"They are so unprofessional I’m calling and calling no answer then she wants to blow my phone up. Next you can’t even find the place when u get their no signs or nothing just a empty abandoned parking lot"
"Daughter had appt scheduled. Braider was not there when showed up. Website is not updated. Had wrong address. Tried to call and she never answered after giving correct address. Got to the shop and it was not open yet.Unprofessional."
"Exceptionally Rude! They DO NOT WASH & BLOW BEFORE BRAIDS. They act like it's a chore to do hair. She didn't want to get off the phone while discussing my appointment details in person. It's not worth the $200 they demand to be treated as such. Ladies take your business else where!!!! Seriously"
"Horrible mean and over charged me. I ask for medium knotless to my butt they made them wayyy past my butt. Charged me an extra $120. Rough with my hair hurt me multiple time I was surprised she quietly apologized the 8 times she was too rough. The owner loudly asked if anyone had food stamps for sale. Unprofessional at its all time high. I’ll never go there again."
"I called Moya on July 1st and asked if I could get an appointment for Friday July 3 between 12:30-1. I explained I was coming from out of town 12 hours away. I wanted micro braids or either box braids. She said yes,I asked how long would it take she said 5 hours. I told her I would see her Friday. I got into town Friday the 3rd and gave Moya a call and asked did she take credit cards or did I need cash. She said cash. I told her I was on my way & she stated she was busy. I said this is why I called you two days ago for an appointment & you said that was fine. She said well I’m busy I will call you and let you know if I can get to you. If not come at 9 in the morning. I was upset because what are appointments for. She called me later and told me to come at 9 the next day. Okay fine. I get there at 9 the next day about 8:45 Moya wasn’t there didn’t get there until 9:45 the girls in the shop was complaining because no one wanted to do my hair. One person started, then someone else got in my head and the other girl went to braid someone else hair. I sat there 8 hours while they complained the whole time. At the end two of them finished it. They charged me $200 for supposedly wet and wavy micro braids that look horrible! They did not use human hair my sister-in-law who is a licensed Beautician said it was Synthetic hair and that is why it look like that!!! I never in all my life seen such unprofessional people in my life!! Rude as can be!! I would not recommend these people to do my dogs hair!!"
