Keyara was very informative and answered all my questions and concerns and she gave me great recommendations for new products and how to style my hair. I asked for a trim with long layers and she gave just that! She is friendly and lovely to talk with and knows just what she’s doing with curly and textured hair and I will definitely be going to her again! "I am extremely frustrated. I had sew in weft extensions done a few months back. When I had them installed I was given very clear instructions on how to take care of them. I did exactly what I was told in order to prolong the life of the extensions. When it was time for my first move up which was seven weeks later The hair was matted to my scalp. Mind you I paid $450 for the hair alone and $220 for the install fee. Not even six weeks later was my hair completely matted. I was told that they needed to remove the extensions in order to keep my hair healthy. I felt embarrassed and felt like the girls made me feel like it was my fault. I even mentioned that the texture of the hair was stringy and Tangly after showering but was reassured that this is high-quality hair and it’s nearly impossible for that to happen. I was then told by Kennedy that she no longer felt comfortable working on me and the only thing she could do was return the hair to me. It wasn’t until just recently when I discussed with a hairstylist at a different salon that We realized this has happened on multiple occasions with fibers salon. This salon referred their girls out to fiber salon because they are the only salon in Adrian that does sew in weft extensions. Multiple girls have had matting to the scalp due to poor installation by untrained “professionals”. I was offered no refund and also was given no referrals to other salons that did extensions. Now I’m stuck with $600 down the drain and hair extensions that have been sitting in a bag for three months that have been worn for a total of 7 weeks. Don’t even bother wasting your money at this place they do not care about their clients and I am in utter shock that they have a five star rating."
