"My first time getting nail art done my nail tech (Heather) said it wouldnt cost anything because it was only 1 nail. The second time i had nail art done it was 5$ and the third time it was 10$ (for the same exact nail art) All these price increses happened without a word. They also increased the price of the gel manicure in shop when their website prices never changed. Did I mention you book the appointments online? How misleading. I went to this location to get my nails done about 7 times. The first 3 times were great, ladies were kind and attentive and on time. Before booking my first appointment i asked if they did dry manicures because of my skin condition. On my 4th visit the nail tech asked about myk( condition (severe eczema) and the hair on my knuckles. She made fun of the hair on my knuckles and laughed like we were in higschool. Apparently one of us still is. My 5th and 6th visit my nail tech was very rude and made me wait 20/30 mins beyond my appointment time (that I would set up months in advance) Once she was JUST STARTING an acrylic set as i was walking into my allotted time.I would get a gel manicure. We all know an acrylic set takes much more time than a gel manicure. This nail shop does NOT respect you or your time. I understand if you're running behind but 3 times in a row is a problem. My seventh visit I waited over 40 minutes and walked out. They didn't call to ask where I was until an HOUR after my appointment time. Don't go here and if you do definitely don't book with Heather. This establishment lacks basic respect and kindness towards its patrons."

My dentist even noticed my nails and asked where I get them done. Additionally, Heather and Shannah make it a fun experience for clients; I love catching up with them when I’m there!"
