"My wife and I returned some Amazon items at Kohls, Bainbridge, Ohio (Store 0486), on Jamuary 6, 2024.Very convenient and FREE way to return goods to Amazon. We then each found a pair of Skechers, and some gift cards, and were fortunate to have a very lovely lady associate named Alicia assist us at checkout. She was very kind and patient (we are both in our very late 70's and had not shopped at Kohls for a long time). Alicia went above and beyond to make sure we felt appreciated, and received our Kohls rewards, our Amazon returns discount, and our Kohls cash. While shopping, we were greatly helped by a male store manager, who found the exact gift cards we were looking for, but had overlooked. We also were very ably assisted by friendly lady associates, Debra, as well as another fine lady associate, whose name we regrettably do not remember. We will be certain to make Kohls Bainbridge our go-to brick and mortar store, because they value and emphasize excellent Customer Service."
