"Completely butchered my hair cut to the point that it looked like a toddler had attacked my head with safety scissors. The salon manager, Deb is also a total, pardon my French, b word! Refused to fix my haircut and screamed at two employees in front of me. Do yourself a favor and go to great clips instead!"

"Definitely nothing special. I got my hair cut on Friday and now it is Tuesday and I am going to have to get my haircut. Stylist nice and all, but I think that have many cuts much cheaper and much better. Cut is doable, just not what I wanted and I reluctant to have more cut, and pay another cut and tip."

"Very disappointed with the particular location. I scheduled an appointment for a single process and hair cut for 5pm. I was working midnights and scheduled for as late as the website would allow. I arrived to my appointment 10 minutes early. The lady behind the desk told me that I had no appointment scheduled. I offered to show her my confirmation calendar appointment inserted from the website, but she told me that she didn't want to see it. She asked me if I recently scheduled it, which I had earlier in the week (Monday). She asked me what I wanted and I told her. She told me that the "system" must have kicked out my appointment because they don't complete those types of appointments after 4:30pm. I told her I had driven 45 minutes for this appointment, I work midnights 7 days a week, and her response was to return Saturday at noon. This is the worst service I have had with ANY JCP Salon. I travel for work and NEVER had an issue when I offered to show confirmation of my appointment. If the "system" kicked me out, why did they not call me the next day or send an email? If they don't allow appointments after 4:30pm for the type of service I was requesting, why is it not blocked out from being able to book the appointment? Instead of offering to sit me down with another beautician, which the one behind the counter could have easily helped me out, I was offered to return the next day where I would have not got any sleep for my midnight shift Saturday night. I will never recommend this particular JCP Salon to anyone. Their customer care and service are horrible."
