"Raised prices by 4x and do not tell customers until after they completed the work leaving customer no choice but to pay the marked up price. Make sure you get written quote before leaving clothes here or they will make up a higher price. This should be illegal. Owner did not care and chastised me after inquiring of why prices went up so much."
