"Wish I didn't have to reduce this rating. But after my last visit I will never return. Go in for a trim. They say they need to take more off because its ends are damaged. Agree to take some more off with understanding we are trying to keep length and that it would still be inches below shouldersso it could be put up in a ponytail. Leave missing over 6in of hair and it bairly touches my shoulders. I spent so long regrowing it just to have this happen. So short it will not even go in a ponytail. Never again."

"Never again! The last 3 times I have been there, my hair was totally jacked, so much so that I had to fix myself. Just for simple fades, little off the sides and top. Not worth $22!!!!"

"Need a refund! 2nd time daughters hair was uneven and being greeted like an inconvenience , long hair didnt bother clipping it up or taking any kind of time to take a couple inches off and even one layer. Looked choppy. Nice lady across the street at cost cutters fixed her hair and cared. Never returning. 1st time thought it was who was cutting but this time i realize it doesnt matter who you get , not a good attitude and talking to your coworkers while you should be focused on your client!"

"I rate this place a zero. When I first walked in I was greeted by a rude person. The girl who cut my hair Allison was horrible. Rude and had no idea how to cut hair. I left upset, so I went to another place to fix my hair. It's much better now. I will never go there again."
