"I ordered a tank and the website said 10-14 days, I called for a update after the 14th day and was greeted in a very friendly manner, I was told they were experiencing some issues with the shop and that my item would be on the way soon. The lady on the phone gave me a approx. Lead time and said she would send updates as well. I'm very excited to see the finished product and it should be here any time now. They made things right with me and that is what I call good customer service."
