Butler Airsoft Field,

"Went and played today. This was their first event at the field in several years. Gotta say, first off the map was actually way better looking in person after seeing the pictures on here. Very nice map for the size, several structures, including spawn points that are hard to miss. Now, getting into the playerbase. The playerbase was all mature and well-behaved. Nobody likes it when the playerbase is filled with immature kids that are just messing around and causing safety issues. Luckily, none of this was noticed. As far was what could be improved, I have my own personal list; Definitely add onto the parking area, there was not much room to park but we managed to make it work. Improve the staging area at least a little, the current staging area is pretty good for the size of the field, but it would be nice to have some sort of enclosed shaded area such as a pavilion. At least a little more care done to the field. A good amount of it was overgrown, but that is expected when the field hasn’t been played on in several years. All in all, if you are looking for a free fun field to go to, Butler Airsoft is actually a pretty great option. The field is great for the size, the staff and playerbase are awesome, and I definitely would say they are back on track when it comes to fixing things up and reopening as a field."

"Wonderful Command Structure, great people, and a wonderful place to play. The field is complex enough for Advanced Tactics, yet simple enough for even a new player to have a great time. Safety is a huge concern here, and they'll take every precaution to make sure everybody has a safe and fun day. The field is regularly maintained, sprayed for poison ivy and the like, and bunkers and barriers are kept in good shape. If you're looking for a premium Airsoft Experience with professional gear, a store, and an awesome facility... This isn't the place. However, it's people, players, and Command more than make up for it. They will make sure you have a great time. Just do everyone (including yourself) a favor and bring as much water as you can."
