"Dave no longer works at this location. The company is falling apart and is unable to keep employees staffed. Target can sell prepaid phones but cannot set them up, and doesn't know much about the different services. Hours are 11am-5pm most days, and 11am-7pm Friday/Saturday. This information comes from the only employee they can find, and may change. They are not guaranteed to be there every day of the week. It is random."
