"Beware they are the worst, good proof is a scam they tell you it’s all wear and tear so they won’t cover it. Pictures are after just about 18 months and called in for our warranty and they tell me it’s normal wear and tear sorry can’t help you! $3000 to have it last 18 months??? And customer service is a disaster don’t bother here"

"As soon as I entered the store I was impressed with the open floor plan and great lighting! I could easily see where everything was. My son and I were greeted immediately by "Chris" who was kind, informative and he left me alone as we were trying and comparing furniture. We never felt pressured. They have a very nice selection at all price points. Something for everyone and they offer a great 5 year maintenance plan for any problems with your pieces! All in all a great experience. We were even approached by the store manager and he was also kind and helpful and seemed to have great pride in the store and realized the importance of humanizing the customers so we never felt like red meat by circling salesmen waiting to pounce. They even offer a complimentary "cafe" with coffee and treats so you can take a time out and think things over before making a substantial purchase. Check them out!"
