"Friendly staff! The store is a bit unorganized right now. I talked to the store manager she said "Sorry about our mess we're reorganizing the store." So please be patient they're doing the best they can and as fast as they can. With only 2 employees working at a time would be hard on any one. Everytime I'm in there, there is only one cashier and one manager. Keep your spirits up you guys are doing great."

"The Rittman dollar tree has been one of our better local stores for a long time. They always have the shelves well stocked and overall the store is cleaner and more organized than several other local locations."

"Walked in and couldn't believe how cluttered and unorganized this store was! Nothing was in it's place. Items scattered into the isles and staff just standing around talking. I didn't want to be in there it was so messy! Went to the Wadsworth location where it is always clean and tidy and found everything I needed. It's a shame too because I was looking forward to having one local."

"Gave 1 star because I couldn't give less. Some isles are cluttered and can't walk through. Went to check out . Heavy set girl said nothing ,no hi no how are you -nothing. Rang my stuff asked if I wanted a receipt ,I said yes she walked away . Guess I didn't need my receipt today. If you don't like your job find a new one. Working with the public takes some kind of friendliness."
