"Was there the other day when needing to do a return. It was a curly blonde girl with glasses that was up there. She was playing on her phone the entire time I stood there and waited for assistance. No one else ever came up due to everyone else being busy. I just left due to her not being aware and being on her phone. Why is Target allowing this behavior? Everyone else was working and this employee ignored me, a customer, who wanted to text or play a game on her phone instead of doing her job."
